Unico Zelo is all about doing Australian wine differently. Founded by Brendan and Laura Carter, the winery champions Mediterranean grape varieties, sustainable farming, and minimal-intervention winemaking to create vibrant, energetic wines bursting with personality. Fun, fresh, and a little unconventional, Unico Zelo proves that great wine doesn't have to take itself too seriously.
We'll be pairing Unico Zelo wines with dishes from our kitchen, and all wines will be available to purchase on the night, making it a great opportunity to stock up your cellar too.
